Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our site, select your items, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide shipping and payment details. We process payments securely via Stripe.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments through Stripe, which supports major credit/debit cards and other options depending on your location.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us ASAP at contact with your order number.

Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is a flat $9.99 within the U.S., and free on orders over $99. See our Shipping Policy for more.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Standard orders ship the next business day. Custom orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Check your confirmation email for tracking.

Q: Who delivers my order?
A: We use USPS or UPS, depending on the item and location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time—we currently ship within the U.S. only.

Q: What if my order is lost or delayed?

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes, within 15 days of receipt if the item is new and unused. Custom items aren’t eligible. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: You do, unless the item was damaged or incorrect—then we cover it. Start the process at contact.

Products & Custom Items

Q: Are your designs original?
A: Absolutely! All designs are created by Crazy Monkey Apparel and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Learn more in our Intellectual Property Policy.

Q: How do I care for my apparel?
A: For clothing, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to keep it looking great. For hats, while we have tested ours in a standard washing machine, we can’t guarantee it—clean them with a damp cloth or similar method instead. Check product tags for specific instructions.

Q: Why can’t I return custom items?
A: Custom items are made just for you, so they’re non-returnable unless defective. Contact us at contact if there’s an issue.

Q: What do you do with my personal information?
