Crazy Monkey Apparel Team Partner Program Terms & Agreement
1 Program Overview
Crazy Monkey Apparel (“CMA”) offers selected racing teams (“Team Partner”) the opportunity to sell officially branded merchandise through CMA’s online store. CMA handles all production, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service. The Team Partner earns a share of completed online sales made through its assigned team storefront link.
2 Commission Structure
- The Team Partner receives twenty-five percent (25 %) of the retail price (excluding taxes & shipping) of each qualifying product sold through its team storefront.
- CMA retains the remaining 75 % to cover manufacturing, materials, fulfillment, platform, and processing costs.
- Commissions are automatically calculated by the e-commerce system at the time of each sale and visible to the Team Partner in its dashboard.
3 Payments & Schedule
- Commissions are payable monthly, typically within 10 business days following the end of each calendar month.
- Payouts are issued via PayPal, ACH, or another mutually agreed method.
- Commissions are based only on completed and non-refunded sales.
- CMA may withhold or adjust commissions for orders still within a pending refund or dispute period.
4 Returns & Adjustments
- If a customer order is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the corresponding commission is automatically deducted from the Team Partner’s earnings balance.
- If the commission was already paid, CMA will deduct the amount from the next payout or invoice the Team Partner for the overpayment.
- Commissions are considered final only after 30 days from the original sale date.
5 Brand Assets & Storefront
- CMA will create and maintain each Team Partner’s online storefront page using approved logos, photography, and colors.
- The Team Partner grants CMA permission to use its name, logo, and likeness on merchandise, packaging, and promotional materials for the duration of participation.
- CMA retains ownership of all product designs and digital assets it creates.
- Teams may not upload, edit, or publish products directly unless authorized by CMA.
6 Customer Experience & Fulfillment
CMA is solely responsible for production quality, shipping, and customer support.
All orders are processed under CMA’s policies and branding.
Teams agree not to represent themselves as the seller of record or to offer direct refunds or replacements.
7 Term & Termination
- Either party may end this arrangement with 10 days’ written notice.
- CMA may immediately suspend a storefront for misuse of branding, policy violations, or failure to cooperate in good faith.
- Outstanding commissions on completed sales will still be paid according to Section 3.
8 Liability & Indemnity
Each party agrees to act in good faith and comply with applicable laws.
CMA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
Teams are responsible for ensuring any artwork or marks they supply do not infringe on third-party rights.
9 Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, the Team Partner acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to these terms and conditions.
This Agreement supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings regarding the Team Partner Program.
